Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order size, but we do charge a $3.00 small order charge on all orders under $15.00.
Return Policy
Returned merchandise must be in new, saleable condition in its original packaging. Lampshades must be in original wrapping. Please call before returning merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Merchandise over 30 days old will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All sales are final on sale items and special orders, unless defective. We will not accept merchandise back that is older than 60 days.
All lighting fixture returns are subject to a 25% manufacture restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days for refund.
Damaged Goods / Shortages / Shipping Errors
Damaged or defective goods, shortages, and shipping errors will be replaced promptly. Inspect all packages immediately. Damaged or defective goods, shortages, and shipping errors must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
Shipping Policy
UPS and USPS shipping rates determine actual shipping charges. Although we endeavor to accurately determine shipping charges at checkout, actual shipping charges may vary up or down slightly from the amount shown on the checkout screen. We do not backorder products. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail so you can decide to wait or cancel the order. If we do not hear back from you within 3 business days, we will cancel the order.
Credit Card / Privacy Policy
For in stock items do not charge your credit card until merchandise is shipped. For lighting fixtures we charge your credit card when stock and lead time is confirmed. We do not exchange mailing lists with other entities. Your privacy is guaranteed.
